The power of creativity

The power of creativity

When the end meets a new beginning
It's time for the power of myth
Sometimes there will be fire
This we cannot avoid
But it is up to us to decide
whether this fire will consume
or that it will purify

coming into existence

The importance of art to humanity is invaluable.
Art expression and creative expression have played an important role since the dawn of man to portray that which cannot be expressed in words. If we look back to ancient times, Art, architecture & archaeological finds are the only living proof of the existence of ancient civilisations and thus they tell us the story of man.

Art and also antiques are the epitome of artistic creation, that is, of man's power over raw matter and to manipulate it so that something with meaning is created.
Art from antiquity tells us much about the cultural history of man, the political and religious backgrounds of societies and in what stage of development of consciousness they were at. This knowledge in conjunction with experience plays an important role in understanding and also valuing an Object. In addition, the value obviously depends on the authenticity or genuineness of an object, its curiosity (uniqueness), its condition and, last but not least, the provenance or history of the object and its owners. Art connects people.

Art for me is a means to ask myself critical questions and it sets me on a quest. Time and again I experience a feeling that grows or diminishes as I get to know the history and the story behind an object. In all times of human development, art has been a means of expressing what cannot be put into words.

*The wisdom of stories can put us in touch with the wisdom within ourselves. Who are we? How did we get here? What is our destiny?

Myths

Myths are universal "truths" found in all cultures.
The special thing about myths is that they change form but do not change meaning over the centuries. Myth comes from the word mythos which means "tradition or story" and these stories have proven over the centuries to contain a truth,
Countless myths often center on the struggle of self-interest slowly shifting to the common good.
Good overcomes evil. In principle they show directly the way to growth of consciousness. From unconscious to conscious life or from the dark to the light.

When buying art

I would like to add that when you buy art or antiques, don't buy it in the first place for financial reasons or because it will keep its value, but because you really like it very much. Only in the higher echelons of art and antique collecting does the financial aspect really play a role, it is also a market of supply and demand, which is always changing. Already since the middle of the 19th century objects were serially made and I personally find less interesting. My sincere advice, let your heart speak, and let the object touch you. Because your feeling for an object, that love is not tangible but only truly priceless.

What art teaches us

Art helps you to ask yourself critical questions with the goal of reconnecting with your deepest core. If there is anything this profession teaches you, it is to be connected to your feelings and to continue to wonder. Opening yourself to an ever-expanding view and continuing to accept that your reality is subject to change through experience. I like to call it growing in your light of consciousness. And that does not mean that you have to live perfection, it means that you have to accept yourself in your perfection. As human beings we are blessed or doomed by the ravages of time, it depends on how you look at it, this means that we have the "choice" to let go of the past but to take the lessons with us, to live the present in its entirety and to dream and shape our future.

Art and Antiques are made with so much energy, usually with a vision, with craftsmanship, with a feeling and this gives an object soul.

Hence, owning and collecting art and antiques, not only literally enliven your home , it puts you in the position of expanding your consciousness.

We humans , you and also I all travel a different path in this life. The route and sometimes the turns we take are usually subject to choice.

Continuous renewal and putting yourself at number 1

The more connected we experience with ourselves, the better we can express ourselves and the more we will feel connected with the world around us.

Growth and expanding your consciousness does not always happen without a struggle.

The myth of The Phoenix is a great example of this; this myth has reached all parts of the earth "that fantastic majestic bird which the ancients believed was unique and reborn from its ashes. The Phoenix symbolized rebirth and a new era of wealth and fertility for Egyptian culture. Immortality and resurrection for the Greco-Romans. Breaking with limitations for the Persians. It is also a symbol of great virtue, grace, power and prosperity for Chinese culture. The myth of the phoenix shows that we all have it in us as humans to renew ourselves. But every birth takes effort.

I would like to quote from the book by Haruki Murakami: Kafka on the beach

This represents for me a modern view of the phoenix myth.

Sometimes fate is like a Sandstorm that keeps changing direction.

You change direction, but the sandstorm chases you.

You turn again, but the storm adjusts.

Time after time you play this out, like an ominous dance with death just before dawn.

This storm is you. It is Something within you.

So all you can do is give in to it, step straight into the storm,

close your eyes and plug your ears so the sand doesn't get in,

and walk through it step by step.

There is no sun, no moon, no direction, no sense of time there.

Just fine white sand swirling into the air like pulverized bones. That's the kind of sandstorm you have to imagine.

As metaphysical or symbolic as it may be, make no mistake, it is a cutting storm.

And once the storm is over, you don't know how you got through it, how you survived it. In fact, you're not even sure if the storm is really over. But one thing is certain. When you come out of the storm, you are not the same person who came in. That's what this storm is all about.

The so-called awakening process.

An awakening process always takes an inner struggle to become from a personal human being the supra-personal human being.

**I have learned not to take both myths and ancient writings literally,** but to look at them from a broad perspective, objectively, and to ask myself over and over again: what is really meant here, what is the essence of this story?

c'est la vie,

Bianca

“In the world, we meet the world where it is , anyone is in a different development stage.
We are loaded and coded with infinite possibilities and light coded energy.
We need to get rid of that veil which covers the connection with our higher selves. We need to raise our core frequency.
This will make a difference to all life.
